Well maintained Cape Dory 30 for sale, moored at TYC!

This great looking, well maintained sloop has tiller steering, a teak interior, a teak and holly sole, and newly covered cabin cushions. The galley has an icebox and an alcohol stove. Sails include a new main in about 2017, a new 135% genoa in 2018, an asymmetric spinnaker in ATN sock, a drifter, a yankee, and a storm jib.

She is powered by a Beta 14 diesel which is in good shape and has been well maintained. Electronics include a chart plotter, depth sounder, and both mast-mounted and hand-held VHF. The boat was re-wired by an electrical engineer. I have a 30 lb Rocna anchor that has not yet been mounted, and solar panels with a controller that also have yet to be mounted. The cabin settee cushions are newly re-covered as of the 2020 season. There are many other related items.
