Section 1. The name of the Corporation shall be “THAMES YACHT CLUB, INCORPORATED.”
Section 2. The purpose of the Corporation shall be to promote yachting in and around the City of New London; to provide sail instruction; to develop boat handling skills; to provide a beach area for swimming and sail training; to provide access to a anchorage area for the Club fleet; to provide clubhouse facilities as a meeting place for the members; and to promote among its members sociability, good fellowship and recreation.

- Members, beach pass members and guests shall abide by the House Rules and shall honor all Bylaws.
- The House Committee is responsible for the enforcement of all House Rules and will take such disciplinary action as may be required to effect compliance. The Commodore or his/her designee has the responsibility to act for the House Committee in interpreting and enforcing the House Rules.Click here for more…
- Mooring rules established by the Thames Yacht Club will govern all club members. The Mooring Committee is responsible for control of the mooring area to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations.Click here for more…
